The school version of GTA
Some have called Bully the school version of GTA, and in a way that's not wrong, because in both games you're equally free to play evil and fight the system. But one thing is the same: in both games, you can drive the vehicle. Yes, in Bully Rooney you can also drive vehicles, although not all kinds of cars and planes, but also very interesting, including skateboards and bicycles, which are used by students every day.
